In “Journeys through Loss: A Prompted Journal for the Bereaved Partner” you'll find a companion that understands the winding path of grief.
After my loss, I found myself with complicated feelings and no clear way to express them. Talking to friends and family helped some, but I needed to work through all of the complicated emotions that come with losing a partner. I needed a way to process my grief and find a way to move forward.
I found that journaling helped, but I really struggled with getting started. I did find some generic websites that helped offer subjects to write about, but I wanted something more specific to my grief.
I decided to make “Journeys through Loss…” as a way to solve my own problem. I've crafted 100 prompts that are designed to help reflect, to remember, and to move towards healing in a way that honours your journey and the person who will forever be a part of you.
